Morning and Afternoon Supervisory Procedures

Before school supervision is only provided from 8.15am-8.35am. Children should not be at school before this time as they will not be supervised.

Supervision by staff is provided in the afternoon until 3.15pm. Students may be collected from the Office after this time.

Bus - Children catching buses in the afternoon wait with the teacher on duty.

Private transport - Children travelling by private transport in the afternoon are to wait in designated places, in a group, with the teacher on duty.

Bicycles - No covered parking spaces are provided. Bicycles, skateboards and scooters are not to be ridden in school grounds. Helmets must be worn when riding to and from school.

Absenteeism

If your child will not be attending school, on any day, please notify the school by phone between 8.00am-8.30am. All absentees are recorded daily and if no contact has been made by parents to notify of an absence, the school will contact parents using the contact details that have been provided by the parents.

Communication Procedures

Good communication is necessary in developing a partnership in education. Each classroom has an established communication procedure for parents, through email and class dojo.
