“At St Mary’s we are leaders in learning as we provide a curriculum that engages and challenges individuals on their learning journey.” Emma Timmins, Principal

At St Mary’s School, Warwick we provide exceptional teaching and learning experiences for all students from Prep to Year 6, with a strong emphasis on supporting and engaging families in their child’s educational journey. We are a Catholic school that strives to foster and develop our school’s mission and vision by making Jesus real for every member of our school community.

As a Catholic School we

  • build strong connections between community and school
  • make Jesus real for all
  • support all to achieve academic success
  • empower students for the future.

We are strengthened by our connection to the Toowoomba Catholic Schools' network of 32 schools across South West Queensland and the support and expertise of the Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office.

Facilities and learning spaces

St Mary's School is a modern learning environment. Our contemporary learning spaces include flexible furniture options to foster deeper learning conversations and collaboration. Each classroom is fully airconditioned and has a range of technologies to support students to become digitally literate, including 1:1 laptop access in Years 4-6, shared devices in Prep-Year 3 and TV screens for teachers' lessons in each classroom.

Our well-resourced library is an inviting space for all.

There is a multipurpose undercover sporting court catering to a range of sporting options including netball, basketball, tennis, indoor soccer and cricket, a well-equipped sporting shed, a variety of musical instruments and a school tuckshop.

Our playground is designed to develop gross motor skills and our nature playspace fosters creative play and outdoor learning opportunities.

Parents as partners in their child’s learning

We encourage parents to engage in their child's learning. It is through mutual support of the school and home that each child can be educated according to the values of St Mary's School.
